International workshop on rehabilitation and retrofitting of masonry structures

General presentation

The aim of this workshop is to make a state of the art of  various approaches  of retrofitting  and strengthening methods  for  unreinforced  masonry   buildings or structures under  research  or implemented, and analyse  them to help further understand which methods  would be adapted to different masonries taking into account historical, functional and sustainable development aspects. The workshop provides an opportunity to exchange information on the advancement of new research in the field related to retrofitting and rehabilitation techniques, testing, design, modelling and health monitoring of repaired and strengthened masonry structures. It is equally addressed to researchers and professionals dealing mainly with this fields.  

Call for proposals

  • The presentations of the invited speakers will be completed by a selection of 40 plenary presentations on the workshop topic.
  • 500-word abstract submission with figures, deadline for submissions April 30, 2019

Participation fees

  • 200 € for the two days , included the proceedings  of the two days, daily lunch, coffee breaks, gala cocktail.
  • 125 € for one day, included the proceeding of the two days, lunch, coffee breaks.
